Educational Philosophy: All students have different skills, talents, and gifts. Our job as educators is to help students strengthen and cultivate their unique attributes and therefore helping students to reach their full potential. In addition, no matter what circumstances students are facing, they need to feel that they are valued, that they are heard and that somebody cares for and believes in them.
